What to expect on your first massage appointment will vary on why you are having Lymphatic Drainage done. If this is for post-surgery, then you can expect to feel some relief after your first visit. My techniques are not necessarily painful, but remember your body has just been through some trauma and may be sore to the touch. I use about 6 ounces of pressure, just enough to pull the skin to open up the flaps. Wear your compression garments when you come, and you can take them off here and put them back on after the massage. I have everything you need so just bring yourself. I will also explain to you everything that I am doing and why. I will also show you some strokes you can do on yourself after you shower.

This depends on how your body responds to the therapy and the type of procedure that you had. The main goal here is to reduce the fluid buildup in your body, which can lead to painful and unsightly buildup of fibrotic tissue. Depending on how fast your body heals, I may recommend 5 to 15 treatments.

I offer packages of 5 massages. A package of 5 one hour massages will run you $350 saving you $50.

I recommend setting up the first 3 appointments prior to having your procedure done. This is because you really want to get in as soon as possible. Otherwise, just call me, and I will get you in as soon as possible.
